There is this thing called a co-sleeper. It looks like a travel bed, but is about the same height as your bed. ONe side comes down and you put it up against your mattress. That way the baby is by you but you have your bed all to yourself. Your baby is always in easy reaching distance if they need a little cuddling to go back to sleep. It's a nice way to have your bed but to also let baby feel that security.
