How much was she at birth? How much does she weigh now? Does she eat ok and then vomit or does she drink much at all? Are you exclusively formula feeding her or giving breastmilk too? Is your doctor concerned? How fussy is she? Does she have plenty of wet diapers? Does her urine smell funny or have a strange color? You should be telling your pediatrician if you have any real concern with any of the above questions. If this isn't really a major problem (like a medical issue of some sort), then your doctor can have you start her on neosure formula (made by similac). Regular mixture is 22 cal/oz. It can be mixed as high as 27 cal an oz (only do this if the doctor says it's ok to). Liquid Zantac didn't do anything for my boys either. The barium swallow studies (video frengeogram) showed no reflux either. I'd be willing to offer more advice or an ear to vent to after you clarify whether any medical issues may be involved. Dana
