Beth, I loved your advice! I work at a preschool, and that is our motto- "Focus on the positive!" I think thatyour advice was wonderful, and wanted to pat you on the bat for it. Some people say it's spoiling, having to reward them for everything nice they say, but it really does work, it makes them focus more on being good and earning a reward, and then if they slip off, their "thing" is taken away. I jsut wanted to say I like your ideas!
