I don't think it will be anything to worry about - your thoughts about the teething might be right. If he has been coughing for 3 weeks though and you took him to the doctors at the start, I would take him back just to be sure. One other thing - is he coughing only at night? If so, he might be having a slight alergic reaction to something in his cot. I went through a spell of coughing at night - it was because my sister had brought her cats round once and they had been on the bed. Martin
