Birthday gift suggestions?

Hi everyone. I haven't been here in a while. Hope everyone is doing well.
Here's my question: My baby girl's first birthday is in about 3 weeks. We're having a party with quite a few guests, plus I have a HUGE extended family. Needless to say, she will be receiving a lot of gifts. The problem is that she already has tons of toys and clothes for this winter, so I don't know what to suggest when people ask what she wants or needs. Any good ideas? Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
