It could be one of many things. If the clots look like strands, endometriosis or uterine fibroids; if very light and still some clots, pregnancy or lost pregnancy; cervical CA; blood to thin; many things could cause this but would only be able to find out with blood tests and/or ultrasound and Pap test.
