Infant Stomatititis

Hi, My 8 month old was diagnosed today with stomatititis ( canker sores). He has fever and is in pain. I am currently giving him tylenol. He is very cranky and refuses to eat or drink. I'm concerned about dehydration. Today he drank total of 6 onces. He refuses even pedialyte. Any advise on this sickness would be grateful.
