Hi Leora! Maybe you should call them again tomorrow to see if they can fit you in. If you are like me, you don't want to be a pain in the butt, but this is important! I hope they try the helmet too...I read a little into the subject and from what I read, the helmet is usually the first thing they try! I wish you all the best and keep on keeping us posted!
