She's 15 months. Good memory. Generally speaking, we tell her that she needs to stop and try to distract her. If she keeps it up we tell her that we can continue with whatever we're doing as soon as she's done being cranky/having a tantrum/etc., or tell her that if she wants to settle down we'll read a book. It doesn't work all the time, but most of the time if she realizes she's not getting the attention she stops.
