It's interesting that you bring this up.

We have just started down the same road you have been on. Emilie was in the ER at Riley Children's Hospital on Saturday. They did an upper GI to check for pyloric stenosis (negative). Finally, the gi specialist that we saw diagnosed it as GERD (gastroesophagal reflux disease) ordered Reglan and sent us home.

She continued to throw up, so we went back to Riley yesterday. What did I get? A lesson on the difference between spit up and vomiting.

I'm sorry, the person who knows my child best is me.

We're going for a second opinion tomorrow.

BTW, Emilie is 9 weeks and on Reglan and Zantac.
