All of my kids were on soy at one point but I was able to take them all off. I know for my kids, the Good Start formulas were the easiest for them to handle during the switch. As for the actual switch, I diluted the soy down with regular formula more and more over time until they were just getting regular formula. But if you mean switching to regular cows milk, I don't know. I've always been told that babies under a year shouldn't have it.
