Poll-when did u take awa y the bottle

This is kind of a poll. How old were your children when you took the bottle away? Any tips?

My dd is 13 mos. and I'm working on getting rid of the bottle. I tried cold turkey, but can't do it yet. So we're doing it at nap and bedtime only. If it's not gone by 15 mos. then I will do cold turkey.
