Tough time keeping baby asleep

Hello helpful mommies. No book in the world compares to the good advice and help another mom can give.

I have a 3 month old daughter and she always wants to sleep in our arms. As soon as we go to put her in the crib for a nap she wakes up, and won't fall back asleep on her own without crying.

Any tips?
