Help I think my marriage is falling apart!!

Just as the subject says I have a feeling that my marriage is falling apart. We have a one year old and as we parent together I am beginning to loathe my husband. We both work full time and I am the one who does everything!!!! We never do anything and I am ready to explode!! Yes I have talked to him and obviously nothing has changed. Any advice besides running away?? Sam
