Hi Elizabeth

May I ask what is an MT? I too spent some time working in cardiology. I loved it but then I have loved every field of nursing I have ever worked in (until it was time to move on to new challenges in a new fields). For a couple of years I work at a cardiac hospital close by, where heart transplants were preformed. I just amazed me how quickly these patients recovered and how much better they looked following the surgery than before.

Endocrinology would be a very interesting. It's not a field I ever worked in. I work in the community now and don't think I will ever return to hospital work. What I love most about my work at present (and I am sure you will be able to identify with this as a nurse) is that I don't have to answer to any doctors, as I am an independant nurse practitioner. It's been nice chatting to a fellow nurse.

Cheers
Rowena
