Stuffy nose

Hi, my son (8mos)has a nasty cold and i tried giving him PediaCare, but it makes him very hyper and anxious. He always reacts to medications like this though. Is there any over the counter stuff I can give him for his nose so he can sleep at night that won't make him psycho?
