My son (10 months) is just getting over a cold that everyone in the house had. I gave him Tylenol cough and cold. I also found that Little Noses decongestant drops helped. I give him a bath with the Johnson' Vapor Bath and use Vics in his vaporizer. I also propped his mattress but he always wound up sleeping at the other end. So that didn't seem to help. He also had a few bad nights were I rubbed Vics on him too. Good luck and I hope he feels better soon.
