I have a 1 year old too she turned 1 on the 10th of oct. At first she hated cows milk so i gave her cows milk in the morning and forumla at night and cut out all milk during the day and gave her more food, that worked for us. I have not took casey of the "bottle" yet either but she only has it them 2 times in the morning and at night, She has juices etc in a cup. Casey is on mixed food if im cooking somthing she can't eat then ill give her 12months baby food in the jar i also did this with my older daughter. You should not freat too much what your doing sounds ok by me.

I normaly give her whole full fat milk in the mornings when she is hungry i also warm it up as she will refuse it cold, and She has warm milk at night too.
