My first daughter never said nothing apart from mummy daddy and la-la (from the teletubbies) lol, She used to point at things and make a sound, She did this intill she was around 18/19 months then her speech developed and she said more and more words. I watched a program once and they said a child develops speech vocal cords at 2 years old, Im not too sure if thats true maybe Elizabeth or Rownda will know.
But i think your son is fine he'll talk when hes ready. All kids do things at differnt times.
Good Luck
Kelly
