cannot keep 2yr. old in crib

My daughter has mastered climbing out of her crib,climbs over the baby gates, unlocks the doors and goes outside. We have just bought all kinds of safety items ,which most are working for now. She just turned 2yrs. and I feel she should stillbe in a crib . Am I wrong? Any suggestions?
