Hi Jolene. When my son had diaper rash, I was told to stop using diaper wipes and just use a damp washcloth to clean him. Then be sure to put a diaper rash cream (we use Boudreaux's Butt Paste). However, since your daughter seems to have open sores, I would suggest a call to her pediatrician. I recall my sister's twins had terrible diaper rash complete with sores and they had to mix something up special to help them. Another tip is to let her run around without a diaper on every once in a while. I know...pretty risky to your carpets, but it gives her behind a chance to "breathe."
