I don't know if you would be interested, but I have seen a new cup they have out. Wal Mart had it I believe. It is a regular cup with a lid kinda thing that keeps from spilling. They push on it with their top lip as they drink. You may want to try that, if you aren't sure yet. I know my son just got the hang of the sippy cup and he is close to 15 mos. Good luck!
