I'm assuming you have your picture on a web server that allows you to post pictures on places like this. Most of the free ones will not. If you're dealing with a server like that, the best you'll be able to do is post a link.

If you're NOT dealing with that, type this:

< img src=http://yourpictureaddress.com >

Remove the spaces I've placed after the first bracket and before the last, and put your picture's address in there, and you're in business.
