Don't know the reason, but Halloween is not celebrated very much at all in the UK.

This has to be the first year we have had no trick or treats!!

Most of the users at firststepsdiaries.com are from the US and they absolutely love Halloween so we have done a bit of a competition for the best outfit (we will probably just pick a name out of a hat because it seems a shame to dismiss any of these cute kids!!)

Anyone any ideas why Halloween is much more popular in the US than the UK?
