Can 12yr old babysit for......

My 12 yr old DD has an opportunity to babysit for a couple this summer . Their children are 4 and 8. She would be there 10 hrs a day 5 days a week. Do you think that is too much?? I mean she is very responsible but I guess I think she is too young(she always will be,lol.)What does everyone think, should I say yes??
