My 18 month old son does not say the word "No" but will turn his head from side to side to say NO if I ask him a question or to do something. He went for his 18 month checkup today and the doctor didn't seem to concerned yet. He just asked me how many words my son knows and I would say he knows at least 20 or more words. I know boys tend be slower with developing language skills and was wondering if any other parents out there are going through a similar situation with their sons.
