They usually learn to scream, so they do it because it is a new thing or to call attention. My daughter did this for a few months, then it became boring and she stopped. It is irritating, but I suggest talking in a low calm voice to him, every time I did that, my daughter lowered her tone. Everything is new to them, so until he gets bored with screaming, you will have to put up with it!
