Should the upper teeth look like they are coming out of the bottom of the top Gum just like the bottom teeth look like they are coming out of the top of the Gum? My ds is 1 and his top teeth do not look like they are coming out of the bottom of the gum. You can actually see the shape of the tooth on the outside of the gum. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal?
