Not familiar with the babywise method but it is perfectly normal for a 4 week old baby to wake up every 3 hours to feed at night and daytime for feeding to be every 2 hours. It is very difficult to stick to a schedule at that young an age. I believe in routines for babies, not so much schedules. I know you must be a very loving parent to be so concerned but just let your baby take the lead for now.
