We HIGHLY recommend the book "Secrets of the Baby Whisperer" it is by far the best book I've read regarding babies and their routines. I only wish I found that book when I was pregnant. I'm buying it for two of my pregnant friends and recommending it to everyone. My son is three months old and it's the best most practical advice we have gotten. Trust me it's worth it! Good luck!
