: My daughter did the same thing you are going to have to let your baby cry it out method. During the daytime she oly slep in the car seat and would not sleep in crib. The 1 st day I put my daughter in there she cried for 1 and 1/2 hrs but ofcourse i checked on her every 5 minutes and she got angry too then the time it was 50 minutes. My daughter was about 3 months it took about 1 week for her to adjust. Also you have to think what is making her fall sleep in the carseat. I used put toys in front her and play music then she fell asleep in the carseat. Also do you have a headrest on your carseat I used that in the crib for at least 3 months my daughter loved snuggling to that. Well just to inform you my daughter is 13 months and will only sleep on the crib and carseat when in car. This is what my friend's dr. told her to do when her son could only sleep in the carseat. Start be actually placing the carseat in the crib for a week or so, so she will get used to the surroundings. Then put her in by herself- this seems to work great for her.
