My 7 month old was always a very good sleeper and usually takes about 3 naps during the day. When she looked tired I would lay her down or nurse her and she would almost instantly fall asleep. Lately I see her tired and rubbing her eyes and I try to lay her down only to be met with screaming and crying and clawing to get out of the crib. She is obviously tired and if i get her up she is very grouchy but she wont sleep. The only way i can get her to sleep now after about a half an hour of all of this is to lay with her in my bed and nurse her to sleep, and even then she sometimes wont. I really need her to sleep and be in a better mood during the day, but i feel awful letting her cry. any suggestions are appreciated.
