Rash on Baby's Chest

We have been feeding our 1 month old Neocate for just over 1 week. She has developed a rash on her neck and chest in the last 48 hours, and had a really fussy day just prior to the onset of this rash. Anyone with similar experiences? Am thinking of switching her to Alimentum, depending on what our pediatrician tells us. Thanks.
