Have you tried playing quiet and gentle music to her? We made a CD to help our granddaughter get to sleep, with amazing effect. At our children's (and friends')request we have now produced 2 CDs 'Beddybyes' and 'Sleepybyes' with the specific aim of helping other babies (and their parents) get some sleep. They work for infants, older children and adults, too.

This is real music played very gently by a musical box: 'Beddybyes' has traditional, nursery tunes and lullabyes (with a lyric sheet, so you can sing along quietly if you wish)and 'Sleepybyes' plays soothing classical music - from Bach and Vivaldi to Ravel and Satie with a few more besides - and is loved by adults, too. They are lovely arrangements, specially designed to get slower and quieter to the end, and you will enjoy listening to them over the baby alarm in the silence of your daughter's sleep! You can contact me via this site or email us at 'crabapplemusic@hotmail.com'. We can sell by mail order. Do please try them, and tell your friends and family.
Very kind regards - Anna
