Since your son sleeps 11-11 1/2 hours at night, then you can assume that he'll sleep less during the day. My daughter went to 1 nap at 17 months and by 18 months she slept about 2 1/2 hours in the afternoon, but only 10-10 1/2 hours at night. Now at 19 months she tends to sleep about 11 hours at night and 1 3/4-2 hours in the afternoon. Of course if she's up during the night then she sleeps more in the afternoon.
