Help-baby will not sleep in crib!

My daughter is 10 weeks old and has not been able to spend one night in her crib or bassinet since birth. I tried putting her in the crib awake and asleep but nothing is working. She screams and it breaks my heart. I followed all doctors rec. of placing her in the crib for 5 minutes and going to her but this only had me trying and her crying for one solid hour. She is sleeping in bed with me now. If it matters, she is breast fed. She sleeps with me for 5-6 hours before she wakes up to feed.
