For the first 6 weeks our son would only sleep in our bed. I read an awsome book called The Happiest Baby on the Block. It gave some good ideas, but it gave great insight into why babies are bad sleepers, and so unsettled. Swaddling was one suggestion, but may not work if she has gotten to used to being free. My son didn't take to it after being anwrapped for too many weeks. You haven't said why you don't want baby inbed. Are you both sleeping well, if so why change?
