This is one of the main tennants of the No Cry Sleep Solution method - word or phrase association. Glad to see that it actually works. I have to tell you that when my Daughter is really resisting sleep and driving us a little nuts, (we currently use Shhh Shhh Shhh as our associative sleep sound) my husband and I jokingly touch our hands to our daughter's head and say, "go to sleep" as if we're Faith Healing her, and pretending that it will magically work - it's a joke between us. So it cracked me up to read your message. Thanks for sharing!
