My girlfriend with 2 little ones says when she gives zerberts, the louder the sillier :-) Thats what gets the most laughs. My daughter has a ticklish belly and i love to give zerberts whenever little bare bellies unexpectedly show while playing.

I was looking for a 'formal' definition of zerbert and I came across this website. Did you ever watch the Cosby Show? Mr. Huxtable would always give Rudy a 'zerbert' on the cheek. Basically if one were to describe the action it goes a little sumthin' like this:
pucker lips like you are going to give a big kiss
hold lips up to a body part (either cheek or belly)and blow out hard while keeping your lips in pucker position. This should cause a vibrating sensation along with a big slobbery noise (plus a couple giggles if you are really lucky!)
