Sleeping too much at child care??????????

My husband drops our son off at child care at 7:30 am, he is usually put down for a nap around 8 am. He usually wakes up and cries at 10, but is left there until he falls back asleep and doesn't wake up for another 2-1/2 hours, so he is sleeping for 4-1/2 hours, he is then usually put back down after an hour or so and then woken up 5 min before i get there at 3:30 pm. So, he eats 6 hours after i feed him in the morning and that is it for the day. He still wakes up in the middle of the night, but not enough to sleep that much during the day..is he sleeping too much???? Do you think the child care is just not wanting to deal with him?
