I apologize. Tone is very hard to read on a message board. It sounded like your post was saying something along the lines of "I don't have any suggestions for you" and almost sounded exasperated. I thought perhaps you'd decided I'd posted on this topic too many times or something. Again, I apologize. All I really wanted was to hear what other babies were like when they were teething. I have no basis for comparison as Hannah is our first and I have no younger siblings.

Regarding the post to Rowena, her statement concerned me a lot because she's a nurse. I hoped that I misunderstood, to be honest, because I wouldn't want her discouraging women to nurse their baby when the baby is distressed.

I'm not sure what you mean about pot shots. I don't recall doing that. Perhaps you misunderstood me like I misunderstood you?
