Alexandra Sleep Update

Well, I'm probably putting a Kanahari (Jewish curse) on the whole thing by talking about it, but I really want to share this with you guys. Last night Alex went to bed without a fuss, woke up at 11:00 for a feeding and then slept for 7 HOURS and got up at 5:45am.

We've been taking baby steps toward more independent sleep, and have a settling plan written by Rowena that we plan to implement over the Thanksgiving weekend. We haven't truly knuckled down yet, but have been, little by little, fading our support around getting to sleep and staying asleep. It appears to be paying off.

I'll keep you posted.
