I am glad you posted this question however, and hope that another mother may be able to offer you some helpful advice. I most often find the mothers of a special needs children have extensive knowledge regarding their child's condition. Frequently far greater knowledge than most health professionals.

My work as a child health nurse is in a very narrow and specific field. Providing advice relating to problems with feeding, sleeping or unsettled behaviour. Although I may not have been able to assist by providing any suggestions regarding Paige's problem, I am wondering if I may have some suggestions that could assist with Julian's sleep problem.
