Can you and your wife take shifts? I've heard from another Mom that this was the only solution that worked for their family for a while. She would go to bed wicked early, and her husband would handle getting their daughter to bed and any wakeups until shift change. Then she would be "on duty" for the rest of the wakeups and morning ritual. This only works if you have a house that will accomodate quiet space, away from baby noise. Or really good ear plugs.

Just a suggestion for a short term solution that might get you through this rough patch.
