I visited the EZZO page. Interesting.
Honestly, when you haven't slept in months
its a welcome change. We too had problems
getting our little one to sleep through the night.
This book came highly recommended. After
studying it and practicing the method I can
say I have done things both ways. This book
just makes sense to me. It worked for us and
all I can say is do what works for you. Everyone's
child is different. But before you get into some really
bad habits (like we did) I would at least read it.
Our son has been sleeping through the night
since day 3 and that was over a year ago. We
have had minor bouts with sleepless nights usually
due to teething or when we relaxed the system.
Our son seems happier because not only is he
getting 12 hours a night we have uninterrupted sleep
and time to spend alone before bed. If you aren't
sleeping anyway, try it! What have you got to
lose ... besides more SLEEP? Sorry for the pun!
