This spitting up dribbles out of his mouth and runs down his chin also. It isn't much, and like I said it doesn't happen all the time, thank goodness. I don't think it is acid reflux because he is a great eater and doesn't seem to be bothered by the spitting up (other than the two times it came out his nose, which scared him). Thank you for responding. It is great to know others have similar concerns or have been through similar experiences.
