I have taken progesterone supplements

My progesterone levels would drop off dramatically after ovulation. I was seeing an RE and they knew exactly when I would ovulate. I always had progesterone levels drawn at that time and then again a week later...it would go from 18 or so to .6. So they put me on progesterone supplements (I took capsules, but you can also take suppositories or shots) and I have a 5 month old son. I took the supplements until my 12th week. So they worked for me. I hope they do the same for you.

I am sorry for your m/c. I know the pain and heartache very well as I had 4 m/c before carrying my son to term.
