Thanks for the quick feedback. I will check out both of the slippers suggested as alternatives. My big concern was finding something non-skid that was soft but difficult to take off. : I've been searching for a certain type of baby/toddler slipper that was popular 15 years ago. I cannot find them in stores now, nor can I remember the brand name. They were soft ankle-high slippers with a non-skid sole, made of fine wale corduroy on top. A short lace was attached in back above the heel, and was tied in front to keep the slipper from falling off. Does anybody recall this brand and/or know if they (or similar ones) are available?
