Did she leave you a number for a GP or Ped? I would use that first. Call and explain the situation - they will have her medical records and will be able to point you in the right direction.

IF, you cannot reach her dr. I would take the temp again (sometimes after a nap the little ones are quite a bit warmer than when they have been up for awhile.) If it is still high and you are really concerned take her into a clinic.
