: I too have low progesterone.I have had 2 mc last year.I was given prometrium 200mg during both pregnancies to be taken from day22 of cycle.During the 2nd pregnancy my progesterone levels were very good bcos of the pill.Talk to your doctor about taking them early.In my case mc could have been due to other reasons.Hope it helped.
